We are a telehealth counseling and coaching practice in Arizona offering convenient appointments from the comfort of your own space. Decades of experience working with clients inform our approach to treat the whole person:

Services
Counseling
Counseling is a safe space to uncover, process, and heal the past, giving you the clarity and proven tools needed to manage emotions and build a solid foundation for peace. Areas of specialty in mental health counseling include anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Christian therapy and faith-based counseling are available.
Coaching
Focused entirely on the present and future, coaching provides the action plan and accountability you need to rise into your personal or professional potential. We specialize in life, financial, leadership, and faith-based coaching to help you achieve your goals.
Session Fees
45 minute session $150
60 minute session $200
90 minute session $250
Rise and Renew Wellness does not accept insurance, however you may request a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan has out of network benefits. Fees are due at time of service. Cancellations within 24 hours or no show to appointment will be responsible for the full service fee due.
